Position: Alteryx Server Administrator
Experience: 7+ years

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior Data Platform Administrator with extensive experience in administering Alteryx Server, Power BI, and Databricks platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in installation, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, user and server support, and governance across enterprise environments.
This role requires a deep understanding of platform administration as well as best practices in data governance and user enablement. You will work closely with data teams and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and governed data platform operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Alteryx Server Administration (Primary Focus – 8+ Years’ Experience):
Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Alteryx Server across multiple environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot Alteryx Server performance and operational issues.
Administer user roles, permissions, workflows, schedules, and data connections.
Implement and enforce Alteryx governance best practices aligned with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize server usage and ensure high availability.
Power BI Administration (5 Years’ Experience):
Assist users and teams with workspace management, dataset configurations, and access controls.
Implement Power BI governance policies, including usage monitoring, tenant settings, and compliance.
Provide support for Power BI Gateway configuration, security, and performance tuning.
Enable self-service BI adoption through user support and documentation.
Databricks Administration (Experience Required):
Manage and administer Data bricks workspaces, clusters, permissions, and integrations.
Monitor and optimize Data bricks platform performance and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to support secure and scalable
Workflows.
Implement Data bricks governance best practices across users and resources.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as an Alteryx Administrator in enterprise environments.
5+ years of experience administering Power BI.
Hands-on experience managing Databricks environments and users.
Expertise in governance, security, monitoring, and platform optimization across all three platforms.

JOB PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this role is to lead, inspire and drive the student advisory teams to consistently exceed enrolment targets while building strong, trust -based relationships with prospective students. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, monitoring lead quality and market trends, and continuously improving performance metrics to deliver on intake goals.
The Head of Sales works closely with cross -functional teams to adapt to evolving products and external market conditions, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments. A key focus of this role is to maintain high levels of team capability, motivation and morale, while upholding the institution’s reputation and commitment to data protection.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the Student Advisory team to maintain a collaborative, high - performing culture
Design and implement training, coaching, and performance improvement plans

Conduct regular quality checks and audits, providing constructive feedback
Set, monitor, and deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team

Overall 15 –18+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious enrolment and revenue targets.
Strong experience in developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing lead pipelines, and improving conversion rates across multiple products or geographies.
Hands -on expertise in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems); experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership and team development skills, including motivating large, diverse teams, managing performance, and driving a high -performance sales culture.
Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to build trust -based relationships with prospective students and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with keen attention to detail and a methodical, data -driven approach to problem -solving.
Previous experience in EdTech, online learning, or technology - enabled student recruitment will be an advantage.
