If JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. finds that You do not have the legal authority to bind such corporate entity, You will be personally responsible for the obligations contained in this Agreement. JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd reliance on any instruction, notice, document or communication reasonably believed by JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. to be genuine and originating from an authorized representative of Your corporate entity. If there is reasonable doubt about the authenticity of any such instruction, notice, document or communication, JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right (but undertakes no duty) to require additional authentication from You.
Accounts
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, whether authorized by You or not, and You must keep your Account information secure, including without limitation Your user password, and payment methods(s). JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. Is not responsible for management of data and does not store any data, personal information as such.
The “App” is hosted on Microsoft SharePoint and can be directly accessed using Office 365 suit. No further credentials, login, signup or sign in details will asked/ required from you.
Rules of conduct
All information, data, text, images, payment information, reports, messages or other materials communicated or transmitted using the Site or the Services, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. You acknowledge and agree that JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. does not control the content provided by the Site and Services and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the content.
You agree that You will not use this Site or the Services found at this Site in a manner that:

JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your use of the Site for any violation of the above Rules of Conduct. JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. also reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of this Site or the Services found at this Site, including without limitation, Services, prices, and/or fees for the same, at any time.

Fees and payments
You agree to pay JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for that Service. Fees paid by you are non-refundable, expect as provided in these Terms or when required by law.
Our software is billed on a one-time Fee ( “Fee”).
Refunds
All sales through the Site of JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. are final. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay access to JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd., the exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. management.

In the event that the sale or delivery of JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. are subject to any sales, use, goods and services, value added, or similar tax, under applicable law, responsibility for the collection and remittance of the tax for such sales is your sole responsibility. You shall indemnify and hold JSS Pro Services Pvt. Force majeure
If at any time during the existence of this Agreement, JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. is unable to perform whole or in part any obligation under this Agreement, due to war, military operations of any character, sabotage, floods, explosions and any other matter beyond the human control/capability, then any obligation under this Agreement shall not consider the breach of any of the provisions hereunder and JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any such failure.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Hyderabad. This will not prevent the JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. from pursuing a claim for breach of contract, copyright infringement or otherwise in respect of these terms and conditions in any other applicable jurisdiction throughout the world.
Sale of business
We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of the JSS Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Statement. You will be notified in the event of any such transfer and you will be afforded an opportunity to opt-out.
